Terms and Conditions:
There are two prizes of two tickets for Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds at the OVO Hydro on Wednesday 20th December 2023.
The competition is open to people aged 18 years or over.
There is no alternative, cash or otherwise, to the stated prize. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.
All entries must be received by 11:59 pm on the 13th December 2023. The promoter reserves the right to extend this giveaway at any point.
No entry submitted after this time will be accepted unless stated otherwise.
The prize draw will take place once entry has closed. Entrants have 48 hours to accept their prize by responding to the promoter via Facebook Messenger (or other).
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received, automated entries, lost or corrupted entries for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with, or indeed not connected to this competition.
Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. Entries under a false name will not be accepted.
The winner will be notified via Messenger with details of how to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, Safeguard Security Systems reserve the right (but not obligation) to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be redeemed.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
